Answers to common questions we receive

One of my feet is bigger than the other one. can I customize the size for each foot??

Yes you can. Contact us

What are your min. and max. shoe sizes??

We do custom sizes. See our sizing chart and if you do not see the shoe sizes and widths you need, contact us and we will make a custom pair of shoes just for you.

What materials and colours do you use??

We use wood for the sole of all our footwear products. The outsole of some models are made with recycled tyres. For the upper and lining, we use different materials depending our clients’ needs (e.g. Italian leather, PU leather, silk, denim, African print wax, etc.)

Can I provide my own materials to you to make my product??

Of course. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Which countries do you deliver to??

We ship worldwide

How much is the delivery??

Put products in the basket and delivery address. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated.

Do you provide a design service??

We are a manufacturer and not a design consultant, but we can help. To start, we will need to have an idea of what you want. You can email us a sketch of what you have in mind, or a picture of an existing model and a description of what you would like to be done.

Can I change the currency of the payment??

At this time all purchases made on our website are billed in British Sterling (GBP £). We use PayPal (https://www.paypal.com) to process credit cards. So when you confirm your shopping cart and are redirected to our credit card processor, the amount of your basket will be converted in £

Do I have to pay custom duties??

Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to customs or import duties, which vary from country to country. Unfortunately, you will have to pay these charges. To reduce these additional charges, we ship the shoes as samples and gifts with no commercial value. We recommend you contact your local customs office to inquire about current charges before you order.
