- Every product is handcrafted. Variations in colour and look are normal and evidence of the uniqueness of each pair.
- Our shoes are almost waterproof. The sole is made of wood treated against water, but not the upper material (leather, fabric, etc.). Therefore although you can walk under the rain with our shoes, we recommend not wearing them in conditions where they are submerged in water.
- The upper materials are sensitive to water and moisture. Their natural colour will change with time.
- The wood is an organic material. So please avoid knocking the wood too hard to not leave marks on it.
- There may be twigs in the wood and it may vary in colour.
- Clean regularly your shoes with a soft damp cloth or sponge. Shoes with scratches and marks on the wood can be restored by cleaning them with a fine grade sandpaper, and by protecting the wood with olive oil and other wax finishes.
