How it Works
Here’s how the exchange process works:
- Contact us. Get in touch with our team to explain the fitting issue and confirm the size you need.
- Ship your clogs back to us. Carefully pack your clogs and send them to our office in the UK using a reliable shipping service. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- We receive and inspect your clogs. Once your returned pair arrives, we’ll check it and confirm the details of your replacement.
- We remake your clogs. Our shoemakers will craft a new pair in your requested size at no additional cost.
- Receive your new pair. We’ll ship your replacement clogs to you, so you can enjoy a more comfortable fit.
A better fit, made just for you. You cover the cost of returning the original pair, and we take care of remaking your clogs. Please contact us before shipping your return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
