OMES 3-YEAR GUARANTEE POLICY:
OMES shoes are guaranteed for 3 years. If a product fails because of a defect in materials or the quality of workmanship, return it to the store you bought it from or to us for a free repair or a replacement if we are unable to repair. Damages due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
Please note the following guidelines:
- OMES products must be evaluated by our authorised specialists for guarantee determination.
- Products are replaced at our discretion.
- The Guarantee does not apply to problems with fit.
- The Guarantee is voided if it is determined, in our reasonable opinion, that a claim is fraudulent, or the product has been altered in any way, or that you use or have used the product in a way that causes or has caused damage to them beyond normal wear and tear.
If you believe that your footwear is defective and covered under the guarantee, contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Once you have obtained your Return Authorisation Number, send the return package to the address we will give you. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Alternatively, depending the modifications to be made, we may direct you to your local cobbler and we will reimburse you the expenses.
